Text Assist and its associated logos and trademarks are the intellectual property of Boolean LLC. You may not use these marks without obtaining prior written permission.
Any content generated by the ChatGPT API and provided through the App is the intellectual property of its respective owners. You may use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the App.
You acknowledge that the responses provided by the ChatGPT API may be generated based on a variety of sources and may not always be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or applicable to your specific situation. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, misleading information, or outdated content provided by the ChatGPT API.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Boolean LLC or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the App or the content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation and mediation before resorting to any legal action.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the city of Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashville, Tennessee. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms of Use shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Nashville, Tennessee.
